We use your information to process and fulfil your custom furniture order, communicate delivery timelines, and provide after-sale support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely and only accessible to our team. We retain order and communication records for up to 3 years for business and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly via WhatsApp at +254773543599.

Orders & Payment

All orders are custom-made to your specifications. A deposit may be required to confirm your order and procure materials. Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted are final for the agreed specifications — changes to the order after production begins may incur additional costs.

Production & Delivery

Standard production takes 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to material availability or logistics. We will always communicate any delays promptly. Delivery to your location across Kenya is available and will be arranged at the time of order.

Returns & Warranty

Because every piece is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns based on change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our craft. If a structural defect is found within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace the affected piece at no additional cost. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +254773543599 to report any issues.

Limitation of Liability

Crest Furniture Kenya is not liable for damage arising from improper use, modification, or neglect of our products after delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the original order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
